What is Yoga?

Yoga dates back to 2000 BCE and originated in India. Yoga is an ancient system of exercise and spiritual development. The term Hatha Yoga refers to the physical practice of Yoga. Hatha Yoga classes generally consist of the following elements:
ASANAS (Yoga Postures)
PRANAYAMA (breathing Exercises & Relaxation)
